Prairie Red

Fruity, upfront, instantly drinkable! Our blends of an easy drinking, dry red wine with lots of raspberry, cherry, and blackberry flavors. A family wine for dinner.
Grape: A blend of grapes from the vineyard and our partner growers.
Production Method: Crushed, fermented on the skins for 7 days and left off of oak to maintain the pure fruit characteristics.
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 12.5%

St. Croix

Velvety, graceful, deliciously refined. Estate grown St. Croix grapes. Our Minnesota version for those who enjoy Merlot. The St. Croix grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and is easy to grow in the vineyard. There's very little disease and when the grapes are ripe, they just burst with flavor. Dry and charming, with blackberry, currant and vanilla flavors.
Grape: 100% St. Croix, estate-grown in Minnesota
Production Method: Fermented on the skin for 3 days and then finished fermentation after pressing. Placed in French oak for 6 months and went through malo-lactic fermentation for concentration and definition.
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 12.5%

Frontenac

Concentrated, powerful, satisfying. Our Minnesota developed and grown Frontenac grapes. Bold, black cherry, spice, leather and vanilla flavors. A wine for steak.
