Velvety, graceful, deliciously refined. Estate grown St. Croix grapes. Our Minnesota version for those who enjoy Merlot. The St. Croix grape was developed by Elmer Swenson and is easy to grow in the vineyard. There's very little disease and when the grapes are ripe, they just burst with flavor. Dry and charming, with blackberry, currant and vanilla flavors.

Grape: 100% St. Croix, estate-grown in Minnesota
Production Method: Fermented on the skin for 3 days and then finished fermentation after pressing. Placed in French oak for 6 months and went through malo-lactic fermentation for concentration and definition.
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 12.5%
Serving Temperature: 50° - 58°
Ageability: 3-5 years

Grape: 100% Frontenac, from the vineyard and our partner growers in Minnesota.
Production Method: Fermented on the skin for 7 days and then finished fermentation after pressing. Placed in French oak for 6 months and went through malo-lactic fermentation for concentration and definition.

Production Method: Crushed, fermented on the skins for 7 days and left off of oak to maintain the pure fruit characteristics.

Clear, lip smacking, thirst quenching. It is a blend of LaCrosse, Edelweiss and Prairie Star grapes. Our blend of Minnesota grapes. We call it our concentrated Minnesota sunshine. Off-dry and fresh!

Grape: Approx 40% LaCrosse, Balance is our field blend: 2 unnamed Swenson cold hardy grape varieties: 8-2-43 and 10-16-30; Louise Swenson and Swenson white.
Production Method: Fermented to retain floral and fruit flavors.

New in 2008, with a limited release. Silver medal-winner in both Tasters Choice & -Mid-America Wine 2008 Competitions. This wine will go fast!

Dense tropical fruits, melon on the nose and following with peaches and pears throughout. Very long finish and wine tastes like a vinifera grape.

This wine's grape was released by the University of Minnesota in 2003. We have 3/4 acre of vines with this hardy, high yielding, disease resistant grape. We're proud to note that this is a wine the Crofut tasting panel craves!

Grape: 100% Frontenac Gris, introduced by the Univ of MN 2002. A clone of Frontenac found at the Univ of MN research center.

It's a sweet white wine using Austrian & Hungarian yeasts. Intense with a long finish. This wine has an intense pear and honeyed fruit followed by a finish of cinnamon box spice. It's a fine wine, with plenty of intensity and depth.
